摘要: In the present investigation CdZn(SeTe)2 thin films were successfully synthesized via a simple and cost effective arrested precipitation technique (APT). It was found that tellurium play an important role in determining optostructural, morphological, compositional photoelectrochemical (PEC) performance of films. The optical absorption analysis indicates direct allowed type transitions band gap change with respect to Te content. X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies revealed nanocrystalline nature rhombohedra hexagonal crystal structure. surface morphology scanned by employing scanning electron microscopy (SEM) get improved Compositional all samples carried out using energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) which confirms presence elements Finally prepared electrodes tested for their PEC polysulphide electrolyte. observed nanorods exhibits best photovoltaic performance.In the...
