摘要: The Neotropical scarab beetle genus Mesomerodon Ohaus (Scarabaeidae: Rutelinae: Rutelini) is distributed in the western (lowland) Amazonian region from Colombia to Bolivia. Based on our research, includes three species including a new cryptic Ecuador. We use niche modeling predict potential suitable habitat and identify environmental factors associated with distribution of species. characterize genus, provide key species, diagnose each describe spatial temporal distributions, discuss distributions relation landscape biodiversity.
