摘要: The treatment of allocation in the descriptive LCA wood-based products has been discussed for a long time and different solutions have presented. In general, it is accepted that influence procedures on results can be very significant. This paper result Cost Action E9 ’Life cycle assessment forestry forest products’ represents experience involved delegates. Wood renewable material used wood energy production. Consistent methodological are needed order to correctly address twofold nature as fuel, multi-functional processing generating large quantities co-products, reuse or recycling wood. Ten processes LCAs identified, where questions occur: forestry, sawmill, industry, pulp particle board paper, boards, waste wood, combined heat power production, landfill. Following ISO 14 041 step-wise procedure system boundary setting outlined. As first priority should avoided by expansion, thus adding additional functions functional unit. Alternatively, avoided-burden approach followed subtracting substituted additionally provided. If cannot avoided, some allocations methods from case studies described. following conclusions given. 1) Avoid expansion boundaries combining aspects meaning combination with unit energy. 2) Substitute conventional get func-tional product only, but identify criteria 3) Substitution wooden non-wooden bioenergy not advis able, because substitution too complex. 4) avoiding possible, reasons documented. 5) Different must analysed many cases, seems necessary make sensitivity analysis options environmental effects. It also useful acceptance chosen external experts. 6) factors, e.g. mass economic value, allowed within same LCA. 7) For describe main function raw taken out. cases types forests considered 8) Regarding experiences examples, most practical specific identified: forestry: volume; sawmill: volume proceeds; industry: proceeds.
