摘要: Our laboratory has focused on the study of various aspects DNA rearrangements that affect organization and expression immunoglobulin heavy chain genes. Using a mouse myeloma cell line, MPC11 (IgG2b/k), we have isolated variants making types altered chains, including class switch producing γ2a hybrid (γ2b–γ2a) producers, short γ2b producers.
