摘要: Micelles self-assembled by block copolymers are widely used in nanoscience and biomedical science. In the past few decades, much effort has been applied to synthesis, characterization applications of polymeric micelles. However, previous research studies have paid less attention functionalization coronae Herein, micelles with disulfide groups were prepared as a platform for functional modification reactions. Polystyrene-block-poly(oligo(ethylene glycol)monomethyl ether methacrylate)-block-poly(oligo(ethylene methacrylate-co-2-((2-hydroxyethyl)disulfanyl)ethyl methacrylate), PS-b-PPEGMA-b-P(PEGMA-co-HDSMA), triblock copolymer was synthesized RAFT polymerization. aqueous solution, into disulfides coronae. Upon cleavage bonds, thiol produced coronae, able undergo oxidation-induced aggregation. Hydroethyl PS-b-PPEGMA-b-P(PEGMA-co-HDSMA) converted pyridyl S–S bonds tributylphosphine reaction dipyridyl disulfide. PBS buffer modified The preparation glutathione or fluorescent group-decorated antioxidant properties fluorescence reported this paper. On basis method, many different can be prepared.
