摘要: : Pretreatment of rats with low doses purified fraction rat male accessory glands (containing the autoantigen) markedly reduced immune response to autoantigen when animals were subsequently challenged modified in complete Freund's adjuvant. The pretreated antigen prior immunization showed marked suppression delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction (P < 0.001) compared control (pretreated lung saline extract or 0.15 M NaCl).
