摘要: Natural killer (NK) cells are innate lymphocytes with a refined ability to recognize transformed through broad array of activating receptors in combination stochastically expressed inhibitory that MHC-class I. Recent advances NK cell biology have revealed high degree functional plasticity can be attributed dynamic cell-to-cell interactions concert transcriptional and epigenetic reprogramming. Here, we discuss how new insights into the adaptive behavior pave way for next generation therapy based on guided differentiation selective expansion particularly cytotoxic subsets.
