摘要: A super-heavy oil emulsion fuel is formed by emulsification using 100 parts weight of oil, 30-80 water, 0.01-4 an anionic surface activating agent, and a nonionic agent having HLB (hydrophilic lipophilic balance) 9-19 at agent/nonionic ratio 1/99-75/25. The can also comprise 0.05-4 active and, optionally, 0.005-4 agent.
