摘要: In order to optimize chronotherapeutic schedules (designs), we examined the interindividual differences in chronopharmacologic effects of drugs with consideration following three factors: (a) inherited factors direct relevance chronopharmacology (genetic variability, gender-related differences) as well age-related differences; (b) difference chronoeffective-ness related disease (e.g., various types and stages cancer, affective disorders, etc.) drug-dependent alteration (phase shifts, distortion) biological rhythms; (c) means solve problems resulting from need individualization chronotherapy.
