摘要: This paper addresses the relationship between scientific knowledge and politics, more specifically role of information about highly technical issues in politics. The connection science government (the executive) (Smith 1992) has been studied at length, both from viewpoint as a system that demands funds resources (Cozzens Woodhouse 1995), scientists experts play advisors political process (Barker Peters 1993; Bimber Guston to presidents (Bromley bureaucrats (Jasanoff 1990) even judicial 1995). Some steps have also taken gauge impact advice (The IPTS Report 2001; 2003).
