摘要: For more than 20 years, black women with breast cancer have been reported to a lower survival rate white cancer. Despite correcting for stage and socioeconomic status, some studies continue report race-related excess mortality. A reliability scoring system was developed, based primarily on the precision of staging used, likelihood that quality treatment comparable. Studies compared blacks whites treated from 1968 1988 were included in this study. demonstrated relatively large differences 5-year between associated low scores. little or no difference rates high This model literature which it is suggest race can be explained by at presentation care received. Efforts directed early detection improvements delivered are likely reduce mortality experienced women.
