Circulation du virus West-Nile dans les populations équines d'Iran : impact épidémiologique de l'environnement et du climat

摘要: L'epidemie de West-Nile en Amerique du Nord 2002, qui a touche plus quarante etats aux Etats-Unis, conduit les Agences sante s'interroger sur le risque d'emergence, l'exterieur la zone intertropicale, zoonoses vectorielles. Cette epidemie associee au changement climatique, bien mis evidence role central l'avifaune migratrice dans diffusion virus. La biologie des oiseaux, tout particulierement phenomene migratoire, permet un transport virus longues distances et entre especes tres diversifiees. Le Moyen-Orient, est situe carrefour differents continents, extremement propice propagation emergents pays Nord. circulation West Nile ete rapportee region, tels que l'Egypte, Israel, Liban, Irak, Emirats Arabes Unis Iran. Saidi al. (1970) ont montre presence d'anticorps anti-virus Nil occidental sein population cote caspienne (Nord l'Iran), provinces Khorassan (Nord-Est) Khuzestan (Sud-Ouest). Notre etude, conduite cadre d'un programme associant TIMC-IMAG UMR 5525 UJF CNRS VetAgroSup, Reseau International Instituts Pasteurs Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales, vise: (i) caracteriser populations equines d'Iran ; (ii) modeliser l'impact sanitaire l'environnement climat transmission. Les resultats acquis permettent d'apprecier associe dissemination spatio-temporelle par oiseaux migrateurs. Une attention toute particuliere portee l'etude determinants environnementaux climatiques susceptibles d'accroitre potentiel transmission
