摘要: This study aimed to investigate the correlation of microRNA (miR)-206, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and miR-206/VEGF axis at different gestational ages with fetal retardation (FGR) risk in pregnancies.Eight hundred twenty pregnancies were consecutively recruited their plasma samples collected early pregnancy (gestational age ≤ 13 weeks), middle age: 14-27 weeks) late age ≥ 28 respectively. miR-206 expression VEGF level detected by quantitative polymerase chain reaction enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay FGR was diagnosed based on actual birth weight fetus.miR-206 negatively correlated pregnancy, pregnancy. Besides, elevated, but decreased along increased age. There 74 746 non-FGR pregnancies. And both increased, reduced group compared Additionally, miR-206, all showed good predictive values for risk, these indexes exhibited numerically highest value risk. Furthermore, or alone, presented higher risk.miR-206 predicts raised through interaction pregnancies, it may serve as a novel biomarker prevention.
