摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the potential microparticles based on biocompatible phytolipids [Softisan® 154 (SF) (hydrogenated palm oil) and super-refined sunseed oil (SO)] polyethylene glycol- (PEG-) 4000 improve intravaginal delivery miconazole nitrate (MN) for effective treatment vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC). Lipid matrices (LMs) consisting rational blends SF SO with or without PEG-4000 were prepared by fusion characterized employed formulate MN-loaded solid lipid (SLMs) melt-homogenization. SLMs physicochemical properties, anticandidal activity, stability. Spherical discrete good properties mean diameters suitable vaginal drug obtained. Formulations SO:SF (1:9) containing highest concentrations (4 %w/w) MN (3.0 stable gave encapsulation efficiency (83.05–87.75%) inhibition zone diameter (25.87±0.94–26.33±0.94 mm) significantly (p<0.05) faster more powerful fungicidal activity regarding killing rate constant values (7.10 x 10−3–1.09 10−2 min−1) than commercial topical solution (Fungusol®) (8.00 10−3 pure sample (5.160 min−1). This has shown that molecularly PEGylated could provide a better option deal VVC.
