摘要: The present study was conducted to the impact of virulence factors invC and sseD two type III secretion systems Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium (S. Typhimurium) on pathogenesis porcine S. DT104 infection. For this purpose, mutant strains with a disrupted gene pathogenicity island 1 or 2 have been studied in experimental infection pigs. Twenty-two 7-week-old male hybrid pigs were either infected one mutants wild-type strain. Each group examined for clinical signs, shedding rate specific antibody response. Survival replication evaluated by qualitative quantitative determination colonization rate. humoral cellular immune responses using isotype-specific ELISA real-time PCR IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-12 IFN-gamma. results proved that both had lower (with marked differences between mutants) than importance salmonellosis. Only exhibited typical symptoms salmonellosis like anorexia, vomiting, disturbed demeanour, fever diarrhoea. Deletion resulted significantly reduced Interestingly, mRNA expression type-1 type-2 cytokines decreased invC-mutant sseD-mutant strain
