摘要: To find whether green tea has anti-obesity effects in mice, female ICR mice were fed on diets containing 1, 2 and 4% powder for 16 weeks the body weight food intake weighed. After administration of tea, ovaries, kidneys, adrenals, liver, spleen, brain, pituitary intraperitoneal adipose tissues weighed lipid levels serum liver leptin measured. It was found that increase remarkably suppressed by powder. Food feeding diet. Concentrations total cholesterol triglycerides nonestrified fatty acids from which administered diet lower than those controls. Leptin showed a decrease with treatments. These results indicated metabolism thereby accumulation suppressed.
