摘要: Flavanols are plant-derived bioactive compounds for which several beneficial effects have been described. When ingested, they reach the gastrointestinal tract, where can interact with enteroendocrine cells. In this paper, we consider possibility that flavanols modulate enterohormone secretion. Because regulation of food intake is among principal functions hormones secreted in also compile literature covers how on measured. Although there some papers showing enterohormones, very few addressed specific at level. Instead, most findings secondary to study action body weight, makes it difficult a clear conclusion regarding intake.
