摘要: SAPHO syndrome (synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis) is a rare chronic inflammatory musculoskeletal disorder of unknown etiology observed in children young adults, which involves both osteo-articular inflammation skin abnormalities. We review the case 22-year-old male, who presented with 5-year history hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), acne vulgaris, joint stiffness, pain. Previous ineffective treatments included isotretinoin oral antibiotics. Marked improvement all cutaneous features was noticed after first dose infliximab methotrexate; continued treatment resulted complete remission arthritis enthesopathy. This report demonstrates efficacy safety methotrexate refractory syndrome.
