摘要: As disaster threats are inevitable, efforts should be directed to reduce the risks via implementation of risk mitigation measures lessen impacts. Current studies on mostly focus reduction along with pre-disaster and post-disaster processes while study factors influencing perception is not sufficiently addressed. This paper aims investigate underlying that influenced ensure effective governance for a successful sustainable coastal development projects from perspective stakeholders credible engineering backgrounds. Analysis this based survey conducted among 311 students in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) regarding considered as part respect development. It was found out environmental (92.93%), economic (73.63%) health safety (54.98%) were three most important by students.
