摘要: Experimental studies of the mammalian osteopetroses, characterized by generalized skeletal sclerosis, have illuminated a variety mechanisms which bone resorption can be reduced. We review recent data implicating diverse group growth factors, proto-oncogenes, and immune regulators that influence development account for heterogeneity osteopetroses. Furthermore, similar are likely to continue provide improved clinical management both osteopetrotic children localized osteopenias.
