摘要: Fluor-hydroxyapatite (FHA) fabricated by a reaction between fluorapatite (FA) and hydroxyapatite (HA) was mixed with ZrO2 to produce FHA–ZrO2 composites. When the relative amount of FA HA increased, decomposition composite decreased gradually because formation thermally stable FHA solid solutions. With such suppression decomposition, composites retained fully densified bodies. As result, significant enhancements in mechanical properties, as hardness, flexural strength, fracture toughness, were achieved increased. The highest values strength toughness 220 MPa 2.5 MPa·m1/2, respectively, FHA–40 vol% In vitro proliferation osteoblast-like cells (MG63) on showed behavior similar that observed pure FHA. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity growing (HOS) slightly down-regulated compared at prolonged periods.
