摘要: A study was conducted under the sponsorship of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Committee American College Physicians (ACEP) that intended to examine prospectively patients' and physicians' perceptions urgency need for medical attention. Patients presenting emergency departments 24 hospitals between February 25, 1980 March 3, 1980, were surveyed. The represented a range geographic areas bed capacities. At each hospital standard data collection questionnaire supplied every patient department within period form provided physician seeing during period. total 10,253 forms (87% compliance) returned evaluated.
