摘要: A study has been made of a very sensitive camera tube especially suitable for HDTV. It was found that an experimental with photoconductive target amorphous selenium exhibits high sensitivity quantum efficiency greatly in excess unity at applied electric field the order i08 V/rn. This phenomenon results from avalanche multiplication target.
