摘要: A 256×192 pixel field emitter array (FEA) image sensor with a highly sensitive high-gain avalanche rushing amorphous photoconductor (HARP) target was fabricated and tested as step toward the development of practical for ultrahigh sensitivity ultrahigh-definition compact TV cameras. The experimental results showed that prototype had an adequate resolution corresponding to spot size scanning electrons on HARP which estimated by simulation. also wide dynamic range high sensitivity, demonstrating its potential next generation offering new application FEAs.
