摘要: Male rats administered [14C]phenobarbitone (50 mg/kg) or [14C]-pentobarbitone (30 simultaneously with either 15% ethanol (3 g/kg) saline intraperitoneally were killed 5, 10 20 min after injection. The radioactivity in the blood, whole brain and different areas was measured. Phenobarbitone absorbed more slowly into blood than pentobarbitone. Ethanol-treated had significantly higher phenobarbitone concentrations saline-treated controls brain, cerebrum cerebellum up to Pentobarbitone not altered by ethanol. Barbiturate cerebral cortex lower other regions of brain. brain: barbiturate ratios appreciably changed It is concluded that (15%) given aided transport across peritoneum hence increased rate its absorption
