摘要: In this paper, new concepts and key building blocks, at circuit level, for future millimeter-wave wireless communication standards are introduced. Starting from passive active devices, trade-offs between technology, performance choices of RF front-end circuits discussed. particular, power consumption, noise linearity in low-noise amplifiers, mixers, frequency dividers oscillators considered. The derived applied to a large class that small-band nature and/or require broadband IF. Novel receiver transmitter architectures introduced with emphasis on beam-steering beam-forming.
