摘要: Alterations of the p53 gene and/or its abnormal protein accumulation have been observed in gastric cancer and preneoplastic lesions. Our aim was to assess possible associations between different H. pylori strains abnormalities patients with dyspepsia cancer. Methods: Seventy-five dyspeptic 40 adenocarcinoma entered study. status determined by rapid urease test, histology, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. Overexpression evaluated immunohistochemistry. Detection mutations done direct DNA sequencing. Results: Fifty-four 75 (72.0%) 27 (67.5%) showed infection. Cytotoxin-associated (cagA)-positive were found 31 54 (58%) 25 (92.6%) neoplastic patients. As regards vacA, s2 highest prevalence among (24 patients; 44.4%), whereas s1 more expressed (23 27; 85.2%). Among patients, 1 patient duodenal ulcer overexpression. Three identified sequencing: one a normal endoscopic findings two suffering from gastritis. 16 subjects (40%) overexpression (9 had diffuse-type 7 intestinal-type cancer). Four (10%) occurred No association (overexpression/mutation) infection either group Conclusions: These results lead us hypothesize that does not affect pattern mucosa. Moreover, do seem be predominant event carcinogenesis, at least our populations.
