摘要: OBJECTIVE To study the effect of tanshinone II A (TSN) on angiotensin (Ang II) induced proliferation vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). METHODS VSMCs were cultured by explant attached method, and to proliferative cell model with Ang II. The TSN in different concentrations calcineurin (CaN) activity was detected enzyme reaction phosphorus measurement; CaN mRNA expression RT-PCR; proliferating nuclear antigen (PCNA) observed immunocytochemical method. RESULTS Compared normal control group, could significantly stimulate VSMCs, showing obviously elevated degree (P <0. 01). After being treated TSN, all indexes, including activity, PCNA expression, reduced a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05, P<0.01). CONCLUSION can be inhibited inhibiting mechanism may related down-regulation activities inhibition expressions.
