摘要: Abstract Torrefaction is a main pretreatment technology for improving the properties of agricultural biomass in order to deal with such problems as high bulk volume, moisture content and poor grindability. Two typical residues, rice straw rape stalk were torrefied vertical reactor at 200 °C, 250 °C 300 °C 30 min, under inert atmosphere. The product distribution profiles solid, liquid gases obtained. grindability was evaluated by particle size after being milled ball mill. It found that temperature strongly affected type feedstock influenced conversion rate due different volatile raw biomass. An increase torrefaction leads decrease solid bio-char yield an increasing matters including non-condensable gases. maximum heating value residue compared material 17% 15% stalk, respectively. On other hand, residues are liable be pulverized. A kinetic study on generation accomplished, which shows formed through parallel independent first-order reactions. characteristic parameters each gas determined. novel method combined co-gasification improve efficiency utilization promising.
