摘要: Abstract As a way of having strong relations with the stakeholders, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) may become strategy for companies. But research on relationship between perceived CSR internal stakeholders (employees) and organizations are limited. This study examined model organizational identification (OI), via mediating role meaningful work (MFW). It also investigated moderating ethical leadership (EL). Data were obtained from employees an Aviation company operating in Kayseri, Turkey. The results indicate that there is positive OI. In addition, MFW partially mediated Furthermore, no evidence moderator EL relation was found.
