摘要: Many times the pediatrician or neonatologist is confronted with a newborn who found to have congenital anomaly of kidney urinary tract. This clinical situation usually raises several questions. Among them are, what are most common types malformations? What usual outcome? Does an early diagnosis and intervention modify outcome these patients? And finally, alternatives for management? It difficult discuss natural history anomalies since modified by some type procedure as soon they detected. Therefore, we shall focus here on “unnatural” various new methods evaluation management which substantially their prognosis.
