摘要: Exploration of the term `practice development' is required for discipline infection control nursing. Improved understanding would allow practitioners to approach practice development in a more constructive and measurable fashion. A concept analysis based on model Walker Avant therefore presented. The includes definition discussion how it presented literature. Illustrative cases are used achieve clarification concept, culminating identification empirical referents, these being: (1) identified patient need (2) change nursing demonstrably improved care.
