摘要: A diblock copolymer of monomethoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(L-lactide) (MePEG-PLLA)/brefeldin (BFA) conjugate was synthesized by the reaction carboxyl-terminated MePEG-PLLA with BFA in presence dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and dimethylaminopyridine.
