摘要: The transport of amino acid across the membranes has great importance in cell metabolism. Specific experimental methodologies are required for measuring vectorial reactions catalyzed by membrane transporters. So far, most widely used technique to study was measure flux intact systems expressing a specific transporter. Some limitations this procedure caused presence endogenous transporters and intracellular enzymes inaccessibility compartment.
