摘要: The Business Case for Semantic Web requires reports on its usefulness in real-life scenarios. In this study we introduce a framework analysing potential application scenarios of the Web, which is based concept added value. Based analysis, have formulated hypothetical life cycle technologies corporate IT infrastructures. It identifies knowledge management as area, where killer most likely to be developed. As proof design, deployment and evaluation Skills Management system presented.
