摘要: Alcohol-induced oxidative stress plays a crucial role in the pathological development of alcoholic liver disease. The aim this study was to investigate effects triterpenoid from Schisandra chinensis on alcohol-induced injury rats. We found that administration attenuated multiple organs including liver. Moreover, impaired function and histological changes resulted alcohol consumption improved by treatment. Finally, we pretreatment with alcohol-fed rats increased expression level haem oxygenase-1 (HO-1) while inhibited induction cytochrome P-450 2E1 (CYP2E1) microsomes. Further assays revealed microsomal activity HO-1 accordingly induced whereas CYP2E1 suppressed received intervention. Our findings suggest may protect against through ameliorating
