摘要: In a variety of eukaryotic cells, autophagy sequesters portion the cytoplasm and targets it to lytic compartment for degradation in bulk. Autophagy is dynamic process degrading cytoplasmic cargoes with various degrees selectivity, its activity tightly regulated nutrient- development-dependent manner. research has drawn much attention since not only an interesting cell biological phenomenon but also great potential medical agricultural applications. For example, associated cancers neurodegenerative diseases human mammalian cells suggested remobilization nutrients during senescence plant leaves. this general review, we describe genetic components core autophagic machinery conserved among yeast, animals, plants briefly explain how these are responsible major steps autophagy. We discuss four common features processes: (i) as pathway, (ii) concept flux research, (iii) dependency on developmental nutritional cues, (iv) diversity autophagy, focusing selective types summarize physiological functions Our intention provide quick guide those who new research.
