摘要: We adopt a systems perspective to explore the challenges that organizations face in harnessing knowledge. Such draws attention mutually causal processes have potential generate both vicious and virtuous circles. Based on longitudinal study at Infosys Technologies, we conclude knowledge management involves more than just sponsorship of initiatives across different organizational levels. It also an active process steering around out circles will inevitably emerge.
