摘要: Abstract With the growth of consumer-faced information systems (IS) applications, IS designers are increasingly movingfrom seeing their work as ficapturing and automating requirementsfl to it fiinnovation in productdevelopment.fl The new metaphor engenders organizational practices targeted at fostering innovation. Onesuch practice is creation professionally organizationally diverse development teams with goalof creatively combining individual competencies resultant product. This paper draws on longitudinalfield study such a team order build practice-based framework for understanding collaboration ISdevelopment (ISD) projects. depicts ISD collective reflection-in-action process thatincreasingly defines product result participants iteratively challenging each otheror following what has been already established project. Which action taken shaped by statusrelations among actors.
