摘要: Abstract A novel spectrophotometric nitrite ( NO − 2 ) nitrate (NO 3 assay system for a small quantity (5 μl) of dialysate sample obtained by in vivo brain microdialysis was developed based on the diazotization reaction. NO−3 level rat striatum found to be times higher than NO−2 level. nitric oxide (NO) synthase inhibitor, N G -nitro- l -arginine methyl ester, reduced striatal citrulline formation dose-related manner increased arginine, indicating that tissue detected this adequately reflects activity.
