摘要: Event-related potentials were recorded to brief presentations of four levels inspiratory flow-resistive loads in young adults. We labeled the according level resistance they provided subjectively: sub-threshold (0.34 cmH2O/l per s), near-threshold (4.01 intermediate (10.4cmH2O/l and near-occlusion (57.5 s). No discernible ERPs elicited by undetected, stimulus but late components ERP (P2, N2, P3) observed each three larger stimuli. They related, part, behavioral judgments obtained during periods. Both latency amplitude varied systematically as a function magnitude, manner comparable that paradigms using auditory visual Thus, data show event-related breathing are sensitive physiologic effects resistive present at onset inspiration.
