摘要: Dextrannebenwirkungen sind selten. Die angegebene Haufigkeit von Reaktionen variiert in verschiedenen Untersuchungen und Landern zwischen etwa 1:5.000 1:100.000 Flaschen, oder sie ist noch geringer (1) . In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland wird z. Z. eine durchschnittliche Frequenz ca. 1:23.000 Flaschen angegeben. Dies bedeutet, das Dextranreaktionen seltener als nach anderen bewahrten Arzneimitteln, B. Antibiotika, Rontgenkontrastmitteln, Phenothiazinen, Antikoagulantia etc. (2).
