摘要: In this article, we report the findings of a systematic literature mapping study aimed at identifying contextual factors that should be described in case studies about teams software engineering. As result, identified 26 factors, which organized five dimensions: characteristics individuals, groups, team processes, projects and organizations. These dimensions can guide future reports to present better descriptions context their are studied.
