摘要: A high performance team is one that exceeds all reasonable expectations and produces extraordinary results. In this work, we are interested in understanding contexts conditions which software engineering teams likely to achieve status. To end, carrying out a systematic literature review identify what the known factors booster or hinder of teams, evidence available support such factors. preliminary effort, selected 15 papers from SCOPUS, analyzed them following qualitative meta-summary procedure. As result, present summary characteristics positively negatively influence different process teamwork, based on literature. This work constitutes key result towards design more elaborate models theories predict explain teams.
