摘要: Abstract Objective The present paper investigated possible correlations between the clinical presentation of hepatitis B and TNF-α −308G/A, IFN-γ +874A/T, TGF-beta1 −509C/T, IL-10 −1081A/G polymorphisms associated serum levels these cytokines. Methods Fifty-three patients were selected divided into two groups: A – inactive ( n  = 30) chronic hepatitis/cirrhosis  = 23). control group consisted 100 subjects who positive for anti-HBc anti-HBs. concentrations cytokines determined by immunoenzymatic assays. genes assessed PCR PCR-SSP. Results mean significantly higher than those groups , whereas in comparison with control. In case IL-10, level recorded was that . −308AG genotype considerably more frequent (43.3%) (14.4%). Conclusion Higher B, lower found active disease. Furthermore presence allele −308 polymorphism suggest a risk progressive
