摘要: En vue de reduire le risque d’asphyxie neonatale liee a la diminution du pH foetal lors des efforts expulsifs, certains recommandent limiter duree phase poussee. Mais cette pratique s’accompagne d’une augmentation d’extraction instrumentale potentiellement associee complications maternelles. Nous presentons ici une revue donnees publiees concernant l’association entre expulsifs et maternelles neonatales, y compris resultats issus francaises.
