摘要: The preparation of gas diffusion electrodes and their use in an amperometric enzyme biosensor for the direct detection a gaseous analyte is described. are prepared by covering PTFE membrane (thickness 250 μm, pore size 2 μm, porosity 35%) with gold, platinum, or graphite/PTFE mixture. Gold platinum deposited e-beam sputtering, whereas layer vacuum filtration respective aqueous suspension. These exemplarily implemented as working formaldehyde containing NAD-dependent dehydrogenase from P. putida [EC. 1.2.1.46] 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonic acid electrochemical mediator. resulting sensors compared regard to background current, signal noise, linear range, sensitivity, limit. In this respect, gold covered membranes outclass ones particular sensor configuration.
