摘要: The objective of this experiment was to study the effect elemental nano-selenium (NS) on feed digestibility, rumen fermentation, and urinary purine derivatives in sheep. Eight male ruminally cannulated sheep (42.5 ± 3.2 kg body weight, BW) were used a replicated 4×4 Latin square four 20 day periods. Depending treatment designation, fed basal diet supplemented with 0 (control), 0.3, 3 6 g nano-Se/kg dry matter (DM). Ruminal pH (range 6.68–6.80) ammonia N concentration 9.95–12.49 mg/100 mL) decreased (P<0.01), total VFA 73.63–77.72 mM) increased linearly (P<0.01) quadratically increasing nano-Se supplementation. ratio acetate propionate due concentration. In situ ruminal neutral detergent fiber (aNDF) degradation Leymus chinensis crude protein (CP) soybean meal improved by feeding nano-Se. Similarly, nutrients digestibility tract excretion also changed present results indicated that supplementation fermentation utilization. Nano-Se could stimulate microbial activity, digestive microorganisms or enzyme activity. optimum dose about 3.0 g/kg dietary DM
