摘要: Liposome, one of the most well-established nanomedicines in cancer therapy and bioimaging, is a great delivery system with their flexibility versatility. Liposomes resemble biological cell membrane, adopting lipid bilayer structure which provides protection solubilisation both hydrophilic hydrophobic agents. A wide range therapeutic drugs imaging agents can, therefore, be encapsulated delivered. Cationic liposomes, for example, are popular choices non-viral vector fast-growing field gene therapy. Their physiochemical properties can engineered modified to suit specific applications simply by changing components corresponding ratio. This also expands potential having additional functionalities such as long-circulating, targeting stimuli-responsiveness. In addition delivering therapeutics agents, interactions between lipids payloads beneficial enhancement. Stimuli-sensitive liposomes used along diagnostic image-guided drug delivery, providing real-time monitoring process well spatiotemporal control over release drugs. will expected promising tool personalised medicine.
