摘要: The protein Ras, an important intracellular signal transducer, is crucially involved in the development of tumor growth. farnesylation catalyzed by enzyme Ras-farnesyltransferase, essential to its proper functioning normal and transformed state. Therefore, inhibition Ras lipidation has become a promising target for new classes anti-tumor agents. This review focuses on different Ras-farnesyltransferase inhibitors compares their biological properties modes action vitro as well vivo.
